The characteristics of Allah's helpers and those who deserve His aid and support are that if they are granted governance and rule in the world, their personal character, instead of immorality and arrogance, should be the establishment of prayer (Iqamat-as-Salat). Their wealth, instead of being spent on luxuries and self-indulgence, should be spent on giving charity (Itae-Zakat). Their government, instead of suppressing goodness, should serve to promote it, and their power, instead of spreading evils, should be used to suppress them. And those whom no one could even imagine would ever rise, are elevated by Him so highly that the drums of their greatness and majesty resound throughout the world.
