Accident details: In the Jahangirabad Kotwali area of ​​Bulandshahr, near village Janipur on Anup Shahr Road, on Tuesday morning, a Swift car lost control and hit the divider and fell into a ravine. As soon as it fell into the ravine, a terrible fire broke out in the car, which burnt five members of a family inside the car alive. The family members were returning to Delhi after attending a wedding ceremony in Sahaswan, Badaun. Only one woman, Gulnaz, survived the accident, who is undergoing treatment at the district hospital in critical condition. Police statement: SP Village Dr. Tejveer Singh said that the Jahangirabad police received information about the accident at 5:50 am. Police and fire brigade teams immediately rushed to the spot. They reached the spot and started rescue operations. They said: “Five people died on the spot in the accident, while a woman was shifted to the hospital in an injured condition, where her condition is now out of danger.” The bodies of the martyrs have been sent for post-mortem, and the police have started a full investigation into the incident. Doomsday for the family: The family was returning to Malviya Nagar in Delhi from Badai when the tragedy occurred. The deceased include close relatives of the family, including members of the brother-in-law and sister-in-law’s family. The family and the village were in mourning as soon as they heard the news of the accident. The locals termed it an irreparable loss.
