Ayat al-Quran

Translation : (O Prophet) perhaps you are going to destroy your life in this grief as to (why) these people do not believe. (3) If We wish, We could send down upon them such a sign from the sky that their necks would remain bowed down before it. (4) Meaning: The meaning is that it was not difficult at all for Allah Almighty to force them to believe, but the purpose of sending man into this world is not to forcefully make him a Muslim. Rather, the demand from man is that he should choose the path of faith by using his intellect and reflecting upon the proofs without any coercion. This is the very trial for which he has been sent into the world. Therefore, if these people are not believing, you should not grieve so much as to exhaust yourself to death. The Six Precious Advices of Hazrat Ibrahim bin Adham (R.A)

The Six Precious Advices of Hazrat Ibrahim bin Adham (R.A)

A person came to you and requested, "Please give me some advice." You said, "I will tell you six (6) things; act upon them, and then whatever you do, it will not harm you." You explained those six things in this way: 1. When you commit a sin, do not eat His (Allah Almighty's) blessing. Whatever is in the world is His blessing; is it not a matter of shame that you benefit from His blessing and still commit sin? 2. If you want to commit a sin, go outside His kingdom. His kingdom extends from the East to the West; it does not seem right to disobey Him while living in His kingdom. 3. If you commit a sin, do it in a place where Allah Almighty does not see you. Is it not a matter of shame that you live in His kingdom, eat His provision, and then commit sin right in front of Him? 4. When the Angel of Death (Malak al-Mawt) comes to seize your soul, tell him, "Give me enough respite so that I may repent." If you do not have the power to send the Angel of Death back from you, then it is better for you to repent before the Angel of Death arrives. 5. When Munkar and Nakir come into your grave, send them back from you using some excuse. If this is difficult, then you should prepare the answers before their arrival so that you do not face distress at that time. 6. On the Day of Resurrection, when the sinners start being sent to Hell, refuse to go to Hell. If this is not possible, then you should do such deeds by which you do not get caught in the punishment. After hearing all these things, the person said that he understood the meaning very well. That person repented at that very moment and started living in your service. ------------------------------------------------------- Book: Allah ke Ashiqon ki Ashiqi ka Manzar (Page No. 153) Author: Moulana Arslan Akhtar Memon Selection: Islamic Tube Pro App
