*The Valuable Advice of Hazrat Allama*

When I departed from Darul Uloom Deoband to serve as a teacher at Darul Uloom Ashrafia Rander, I requested my respected teacher, Hazrat Al-Ustad Allama Muhammad Ibrahim Sahib Balyawi (may Allah sanctify his secret), during our final meeting: "Hazrat! Please tell me something of great utility that I can cherish as a guiding principle for my life."

Hazrat replied: "Mawlvi Sahib!

1. Teach by understanding the essence of the subject (art/science) itself, do not teach merely by relying on commentaries; this will grant you true knowledge.

2. Consider your students as your own children; they will love you.

3. Follow the Sunnah; this will create dignity and respect for you in the hearts of people."

I cannot describe how immensely beneficial these three things proved to be for me.

A Special Proof of the Companions' Love for the Prophet ﷺ

A Special Proof of the Companions' Love for the Prophet ﷺ

When the youth of any human begins to fade and they move towards middle age, generally hair starts turning white. When hair has just begun to whiten, if a person is asked exactly how many white hairs they have on their body, it is very difficult for them to state an exact count. No human can say this definitively even about themselves. But look at the love of the noble Companions (Sahaba) for the Prophet ﷺ, that they gazed upon the world-adorning beauty and matchless grace of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with such meticulous detail that Hazrat Anas (Allah be pleased with him) states with absolute certainty that combining the blessed head and beard of the Master of the Two Worlds ﷺ, there were not more than twenty white hairs. عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ الْبَائِنِ وَلَا بِالْقَصِيرِ ، وَلَا بِالْأَبْيَضِ الْأَمْهَقِ وَلَيْسَ بِالْآدَمِ وَلَيْسَ بِالْجَعْدِ الْقَطَطِ وَلَا بِالسَّبْطِ بَعَثَهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَأْسِ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً ، فَأَقَامَ بِمَكَّةَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ وَبِالْمَدِينَةِ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ ، فَتَوَفَّاهُ اللَّهُ وَلَيْسَ فِي رَأْسِهِ وَلِحْيَتِهِ عِشْرُونَ شَعْرَةً بَيْضَاءَ(بُخاری شریف: ۳۵۴۸) The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was neither very tall nor short-statured, neither stark white nor wheatish in complexion, his hair was neither tightly curly nor hung completely straight. Allah Almighty granted him prophethood at the age of forty, and he stayed in Makkah for ten years and in Madinah for ten years. When Allah Almighty caused him to pass away, not even twenty hairs of his head and beard were white. Just imagine! To what extent the noble Companions loved the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that they observed his blessed physical appearance with such meticulous detail. An entire library would be insufficient to describe their love for the Prophet ﷺ. ___________📝📝📝___________ Selection: Islamic Tube Pro
