Anonymous but impactful people An instructive post... There are three hands in a watch, out of which one hand is famously known as the second hand. This second hand does have its existence, but it is never mentioned. Everyone just says it is ten fifteen (10:15). No one ever says it is ten o'clock, fifteen minutes, and warmth/four seconds. Whereas this second hand works harder and puts in more effort than the other two hands, and also helps both of them move forward. In our lives too, many people are like this second hand, who are never mentioned anywhere, but they certainly play a role in our moving forward. ___________📝📝📝___________ Adapted / Quoted. The Race of Maryam and Haris (Avoiding Superficial Decisions)

The Race of Maryam and Haris (Avoiding Superficial Decisions)

For the first time, a motivational piece of writing truly touched my heart... you should also benefit from it. "Maryam covered a distance of 10 kilometers in 1 hour. Haris covered the exact same distance in one and a half hours... Who between the two is faster and healthier? Naturally, our answer will be... 'Maryam'. If we say that Maryam covered this distance on a prepared track, whereas Haris covered it by walking on a sandy path, then? Then our answer will be... 'Haris'. But then we find out that Maryam's age is 50 years, while Haris's age is 25 years, then? We will say again... 'Maryam'. However, we also come to know that Haris's weight is 140 kg, whereas Maryam's weight is 65 kg, then? Then we will say... 'Haris'. As we learn more and more about Maryam and Haris to determine who is better, our opinion and judgment regarding them will also keep changing. We form opinions based on very superficial things and in a great hurry, due to which we fail to do justice to ourselves and others. Similarly, while comparing ourselves with others, many of us become disappointed, even though everyone's environment is different... opportunities are different... life is different... resources are different... problems are different. If you are behind some of your peers in any work, it does not mean that they are successful and you are a failure, or they are superior and you are inferior... It is possible that if the opportunities available to you and the circumstances you face are looked at, you might be much better than them. Never consider yourself inferior in the race of life; an inferiority complex is the first step towards defeat..!!" (Narrated — Selected from Islamic Tube Pro App)
