"Allahumma ahyini miskeenan wa amitni miskeenan wahshurni fee zumratil-masakeeni yawmal-qiyamah."

Translation: O Allah! Keep me alive as a poor/humble person, grant me death in a state of poverty/humility, and resurrect me on the Day of Judgment among the company of the poor/humble.
