According to the map approved by the United Nations in 1948, the area of the illegitimate state of Israel was 5,300 square miles. However, Israel gradually occupied 23,000 square miles. And it does not stop there; in the map of "Greater Israel", Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and even Madinah Munawwarah and Khaybar are shown as part of Israel. In view of the oppression and violence of Jews in Palestine, the oppressed Palestinian people formed organizations for their defense: (1) Fatah Organization (1957), (2) Palestine Liberation Organization [PLO] (1964), (3) Hamas (1987). Following disappointment with the performance of the previous two organizations, Sheikh Ahmed Yassin founded Hamas in 1987. In 2004, Sheikh Ahmed Yassin was martyred. In 2007, Hamas won the full confidence of the Palestinian people and succeeded in the Gaza elections. Since then, Israel has kept Gaza under siege. It is said that: "Gaza is currently the world's largest prison." Whenever the Jews/Israelis want, they shut off the water, electricity, gas, and even food and medicines for the people of Gaza. Gaza is surrounded by the sea on one side, Egypt on another, and Israel itself on the third side. The sea is also under Israeli control. The height of cruelty is that Israel has seized 85 percent of the drinking water under its control and left only 15 percent of the water for the Palestinian Muslims, which it also shuts down whenever it pleases. At present, approximately 8 million Jews are oppressively occupying Palestine, while an equal number of 8 million Palestinians are forced to live a life of exile, out of which more than 4.5 million reside in refugee camps. According to a 2018 report, over the past few years, Israel on average martyrs 285 Palestinians annually without any reason. And this refers to normal days; during days when aerial bombardment is underway, the number of martyrs reaches dozens and hundreds daily. From October 2001 to January 2005, the homes of more than 650 Palestinians were turned into heaps of ashes without any reason. According to reports from the year 2000 to 2006, women were intentionally stopped at Israeli checkpoints at times when their time of delivery was near, and 68 women gave birth to children at the check posts, out of whom 14 women were martyred on the spot. In the war of 1968, 350,000 Palestinians were martyred.
