But then we find out that Maryam's age is 50 years, while Haris's age is 25 years, then? We will say again... 'Maryam'. However, we also come to know that Haris's weight is 140 kg, whereas Maryam's weight is 65 kg, then? Then we will say... 'Haris'. As we learn more and more about Maryam and Haris to determine who is better, our opinion and judgment regarding them will also keep changing. We form opinions based on very superficial things and in a great hurry, due to which we fail to do justice to ourselves and others. Similarly, while comparing ourselves with others, many of us become disappointed, even though everyone's environment is different... opportunities are different... life is different... resources are different... problems are different. If you are behind some of your peers in any work, it does not mean that they are successful and you are a failure, or they are superior and you are inferior... It is possible that if the opportunities available to you and the circumstances you face are looked at, you might be much better than them.
