The True Meaning of Being a Scholar of Allah

The True Meaning of Being a Scholar of Allah

If "Tent of Laila" is written on a tent, but when someone peeks inside, a dog is tied up there, that tent will have no value; instead, people will mock it. In the same way, a Moulvi (cleric) is one who belongs to the Moula (the Lord/Allah). The fragrance of the Lord should emanate from his tent (his presence). That is, the fragrance of Allah's love should be felt in his company; through his company, love for Allah should be born, and love for the world should leave the heart. Therefore, the entire world is captivated by the fragrance of those scholars who belong to Allah. It is through such godly scholars that religion has spread, and all our elders are examples of this. But those scholars who remain indifferent to the people of Allah and do not suppress their ego, and the public comes to them considering them godly, but when they see that a dog of love for the world (Hubb-e-Dunya) and love for status (Hubb-e-Jah) is tied inside their tent while the Lord is absent (Moula Nadarad), they become very disappointed. Today, the disrespect towards the people of knowledge is due to this very reason; otherwise, the creation is still devoted to those scholars who have enjoyed the company of the friends of Allah (Ahlullah). ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــ📝📝ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ Book: Khazain-e-Shariat-o-Tariqat Page Number: 135 Author: Hazrat Maulana Shah Hakim Muhammad Akhtar Sahab.
