In every election, the Uttar Pradesh police resort to violence against Muslim voters to stop them, and today crossed all limits when the UP police aimed guns at Muslim voters. Elections are called the festival of democracy and voting is deemed the citizens' weapon, but it appears that the doors of democracy have been shut for Muslims in Uttar Pradesh. The system's hooliganism is at its absolute peak, and leave aside democracy, even human rights for Muslims in Uttar Pradesh are under a question mark! The way the Uttar Pradesh police tried to stop Muslim voters from voting at gunpoint today is an extremely severe injustice and cruelty against democracy and the Constitution of India.
