*The deprived one is he!* Who knows that the time for Ishraq/Chasht (forenoon prayer) is approximately 6 hours, yet he cannot pray 2 rak'ahs, which are the charity (Sadaqah) for the 360 joints of the human body. *The deprived one is he!* Who knows that the night is approximately 11 hours long, yet he cannot pray even two rak'ahs of Tahajjud, which take only about 5 minutes. *The deprived one is he!* Who knows that there are 24 hours in a day and night, yet he cannot recite even one Ruku (passage) of the Holy Quran, which takes merely two minutes. *Certainly, the deprived one is he!* Who knows that the tongue does not get tired, yet he does not remember Allah (Dhikr) at all throughout the day. *Certainly, the deprived one is he!* Who does not even get the divine guidance (Taufiq) to send blessings (Durood Shareef) upon the Prophet. أستغفر اللّٰہ ربّی من کلِّ ذنبٍ وّ أتوب إليه (I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, from every sin, and I turn to Him in repentance.) And in this very way, life is passing by, and we remain heedless of ourselves and continue to waste our time. O Allah! We seek Your refuge from these deprivations. O Allah! Make this reminder of these Sunnahs a continuous charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) until the Day of Resurrection for us, for our parents, and for whoever spreads this reminder. May Allah Almighty grant us the guidance to do good deeds and grant us the guidance to avoid sins. Ameen, Thumma Ameen, Ya Rabb al-Alameen. (Ameen, again Ameen, O Lord of the Worlds.) لا حول ولاقوۃ الاباللّٰہ العلیّ العظیم (There is no power nor strength except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great.)
