However, if any external disbeliever attacks it, the demand of the religion is by no means that we rejoice over the dominance of the disbeliever, or help them, or wish that any land of the Muslims should fall into their control. There can be disagreement, there can be opposition, and warnings can also be given. But the necks of Muslims cannot be handed over to an enemy who is lying in wait for the entire Ummah, and the fact cannot be ignored that an extraordinary number of Ahl-us-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah is also present in Iran, which does not differentiate between religion and sect, but rather targets Islam as a whole. We pray to Allah that He removes the evil, stops the bloodshed, reforms the situation, and protects the oppressed Muslims all over the world."
