*"Your status is exactly where Allah has kept you occupied."* *How beautifully a pious elder has said:* If you want to know what your status is in the sight of Allah, then look at what kind of work He keeps you busy with: *If He keeps you occupied in His remembrance (Zikr),* then know that He wants to remember you. *If He keeps you busy with the Quran,* then understand that He wants to speak with you. *If He occupies you in righteous deeds,* then know that He wants to bring you close to Himself. *If He entangles you in worldly affairs,* then understand that He is distancing you. *If He keeps you occupied in the personal affairs of people (gossip/interference),* then know that He wants to make you worthless. *If He occupies you in supplication (Dua),* then believe that He wants to bestow blessings upon you. *If He engages you in beneficial knowledge,* then He wants you to gain His recognition (Ma'rifat). *If He engages you in Jihad in the cause of Allah,* then He wants to choose you for Himself. *If He occupies you in serving humanity and doing good deeds,* then know that He is engaging you in the works of His love. *And if He keeps you busy in unnecessary tasks,* then understand that He is removing you from His love. *If He keeps you occupied in distorting religion or in acts of His disobedience,* then know that He is depriving you of His love. *And if He lets you remain occupied in causing pain and distress to His servants,* then know that you are being deprived of ultimate goodness. *Therefore, reflect upon your own state as to what work you are busy with, because your status is exactly where Allah has kept you occupied.* *Allah Allah Allah* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaeP3sk1SWt9tGQDI90Q
